 Niagara Sealing Pros – Terms and Conditions

1. Validity of Quotations
   All quotations and estimates provided by Niagara Sealing Pros are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue.
    
2. Scope of Quotation and Cancellation Policy
   Quotations include the supply of all necessary materials for the completion of the project. In the event of cancellation, the Customer shall be responsible for all costs incurred by Niagara Sealing Pros up to the time of cancellation, including any resulting loss or damages.
    
3. Project Scheduling
   Delivery dates and timelines are provided in good faith and are to be considered estimates only. While every effort will be made to adhere to agreed schedules, Niagara Sealing Pros cannot guarantee exact completion dates due to unforeseen circumstances.
    
4. Product Quality and Maintenance
   We utilize only high-quality products to ensure customer satisfaction. However, the ongoing appearance and longevity of the treated surfaces are dependent on regular maintenance and cleaning by the Customer.
    
5. Payment Terms
   Full payment is due upon completion of the project.
    
   • Cash or Cheque Payments: Must be made at the time of project completion, prior to the team leaving the site.
      
   • E-Transfers: Must be submitted by the end of the business day on which the project is completed.
      

1. Returned Payments
   All non-sufficient funds (NSF) cheques are subject to a $45 administrative fee.
    
2. Minimum Service Charge
   A minimum service fee of $300 applies to all projects.
    
3. Site Readiness
   A minimum fee of $100 will be charged if the site is not ready for service. This includes, but is not limited to, lack of water access, presence of personal property or vehicles obstructing the work area, or other impediments.
    
4. Performance Disclaimer
   Niagara Sealing Pros strives to provide accurate assessments and recommendations for each project. However, we cannot guarantee the performance, final appearance, or longevitiy of sealers, colour treatments, or other surface applications due to factors beyond our control, including environmental conditions and natural wear.
    
5. Revisions to Terms
