Looking for experienced individuals to help with our Concrete Restoration & Epoxy Coating business. Willing to train the right people.

The candidate will perform a wide range of general and skilled duties in the concrete cleaning and restoration industry

You will be assisting in daily projects. Some of the tasks include:

· Ensure work is performed efficiently and safely

· Ensures safe and responsible operation of all vehicles and   equipment

· Supervise and support the crew members

· Operate power equipment including, but not limited to, pressure washers, drills, grinders, etc.

· Accurately maintain daily, written records for the purpose of tracking, reporting and documenting maintenance activities

· Ensure all tools/equipment are operated competently, safely and maintained in a good operating condition

· Ability to work 40-50 hours per weeks including weekends if required (hours dependent on weather conditions)

· Ability to walk, stand, crouch for long periods of time and carry out strenuous physical task

· Comply with all company policies and regulations

· Represents NIAGARA SEALING PROS in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner in all dealings with the customer and community

· Power wash / clean driveways, sidewalks, patios, etc.

· Apply Epoxy, Flake, Quartz Coatings as per project specifications

· Make repairs to damaged concrete

· Seal / stain different concrete surfaces and asphalt driveways

· Repair interlock areas by levelling pavers and replacing polymeric sand

· Performs other duties as assigned

Work Conditions and Qualifications:

· Fast pace physically demanding environment

· High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

· MUST HAVE valid G Ontario Driver's licence & clean driver’s record

· Ability to lift 75 lbs

· Able to work unsupervised

· Be punctual and on time for work

· Must be able to work in all weather conditions as required

· Minimum 2 year concrete repair / coatings or equivalent preferred

· Leadership qualities and experience in managing people

· OWN transportation to commute from home to shop in Niagara Falls - MUST HAVE

· Must have Safety steel toed boots and cell phone

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Monday to Friday

No weekends

Overtime pay

Do you have a reliable vehicle to get to our shop in Niagara Falls?

Experience:

Epoxy Coatings: 1 year (preferred)

Concrete Finishing: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

G2 or Full G Driver's Licence (required)

Work Location: On the road

**MUST HAVE a valid class ‘G’ driver’s license**

**Be legally authorized to work in Canada**
